Third Time's the Charm

This guest suite and primary bathroom renovation was designed to better support the family's changing needs, creating comfortable, functional spaces for everyday living while maximizing storage and improving the home's overall flow.

Scope: Dobson Interiors renovated the guest bedroom and bathroom to create a welcoming private suite, featuring custom wall panels that repurposed the existing bed, new flooring, lighting, custom window treatments, and a refreshed bathroom with patterned tile, updated plumbing fixtures, and a floating vanity to make the compact space feel more open. In the primary bathroom, we replaced the rarely used bathtub with a larger walk-in shower, added a custom linen cabinet with integrated pull-out drying racks, installed a new vanity, lighting, tile, and a pocket door to the walk-in closet. Beautiful Cambria quartz countertops extend seamlessly from the vanity into the shower to support the glass enclosure, creating a clean, tailored finish.
