Third Times the Charm

This client wanted to update their guest bedroom and bathroom to accommodate a family member moving in, and also wanted an updated primary bathroom. The only use their bathtub served was to stretch out work out clothes on to dry.

Scope: We renovated the guest bathroom with a fun tile on the floor and in the shower, new plumbing fixtures and a smaller, floating vanity to make the small bathroom feel larger. In the guest bedroom, we installed custom panels for the headboard (to repurpose their existing bed), new carpet, light fixture and custom window treatments. In the primary bathroom, we removed the bathtub and reconfigured the space to accommodate a larger shower and custom cabinet to provide linen storage and pull-out drying racks. We updated the lighting, added a pocket door into the closet, new vanity and tile. The countertop profile was a custom design to extend into the shower and support the shower glass, running seamlessly from one end of the vanity into the shower.
