Fourth Quarter

This family relocated to Huntersville, NC to be closer to family and put down roots in the area. They love to entertain, but the house was outdated (and very brown) and not in line with their style. 

Scope: paint entire home’s interior, added custom millwork to the foyer and bathroom, new lighting in the entire main floor, kitchen refresh to include refinishing cabinetry, new countertops and backsplash, created a drop zone bench with hooks and storage off of the garage entryway, renovation of the primary bathroom, added aging in place features to the bathroom (grab bars).
